The method

Swig 250ml of orange juice with 250ml of cold water as soon as you wake to slake your morning thirst. Dice the chilli and beat it with 2 eggs. Stick the kettle on. Combine the muesli and yoghurt and start eating. Pour the tea. While shovelling in the muesli, cook the eggs and toast. By the time the bowl is empty the eggs will be ready and the tea will be the cool enough to drink.
