Nobody, perhaps, is asking for a return to what Bill Maher called the “smuggling a hedgehog” look popular in the 1970s, but experts in the field, and by which I mean readers of Playboy (and watchers of Porn), are noticing a bit of a shift away from the trimmed-to-bare aesthetic common to nearly all American porn and drunk-starlets-exiting-a-car photos since around the late ’90s.
Now I don’t know whether it’s the recession’s impact on Veet sales, a collective decision to listen to every woman who has ever opined that shaved is plain creepy or just the ever-restless pendulum of fashion, but there seems to be a trend back toward bush.
I for one welcome the shift, but do you approve?
